Intellect Resources has perfected the art of recruiting.
Driven by founder and CEO, Tiffany Crenshaw, Intellect Resources is an award-winning recruiting and talent advisory firm headquartered in Greensboro, NC.
For the past 20 years, Intellect Resources has recruited thousands of high-quality healthcare IT professionals for the healthcare industry. A sampling of clients includes Abbott Diagnostics, Wake Forest Baptist Health, Ochsner Medical Center, The Mount Sinai Medical Center, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic, CHS, and many, many more.
We are also routinely called on by health IT consulting firms and vendors to staff implementations. DoD, MD Anderson, University of Arizona, and Catholic Health Partners are just a few of the organizations we’ve assisted.
Additionally, we provide advisory consulting services to help clients evaluate and fine-tune their recruiting processes, train their recruiting teams and develop and execute large-scale hiring events to cultivate new industry talent.
Tiffany Crenshaw, founder and CEO of Intellect Resources, is passionate about the art of recruiting and is determined to change the “used-car salesperson” stereotype often associated with recruiters. She has created a proven recruiting process that produces real results. To this day recruiting remains central to all of Intellect Resources’ services; direct hire, staffing, activation services, healthcare IT consulting, talent advisory, recruiter training, the execution of large-scale hiring events and more.
Under Tiffany’s 20 years of leadership, Intellect Resources has placed thousands of healthcare IT professionals and has won awards for both service and growth along the way.
