About The Speaker:
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Kim Galeaz is passionate about “blending and balancing” for vibrant aging and optimal health. Her successful approach features a positive, all-inclusive attitude that blends great taste with good health and enjoyment. She balances all choices – nutrient-rich and decadent-indulgent – with a plenty of activity and exercise.
Kim has happily balanced her own business, Galeaz Food & Nutrition Communications, for nearly 30 years. She blends her activities as a culinary nutritionist and recipe creator with being a writer, speaker, spokesperson, and advocacy consultant for the food, beverage and agriculture industry.
Currently Kim appears regularly on the Fox 59 Morning News in Indianapolis, providing food and nutrition segments. She is the featured culinary dietitian writer and recipe developer for My Indiana Home, the Indiana Farm Bureau’s quarterly publication.
