A strong leader and change agent who is skilled in all phases of program governance, forming highly effective teams, client-focused, effective resource utilization, communication, and technical wherewithal. She currently serves as the President of the Project Management Institute, Tallahassee Chapter. Karen has a reputation for integrity, dedication, and building strong relationships.
