Intellect Resources is seeking a Business Operations Manager for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in the Southeast, offering a sign-on bonus and relocation bonus. This position would require planning, organizing, and coordinating all daily operations of the laboratory. Leading and developing management of Lab responsibilities and coordination of laboratory-wide process improvements, quality, and support. While providing direct oversight of the laboratory as one operational unit and ensuring an overall high level of quality is maintained throughout the laboratory.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management/leadership experience
- 8+ years of Laboratory experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science, Medical Technology, or a related field
