Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare and healthcare IT positions
- Partner with hiring leaders to identify, source, and engage top talent
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Key Qualifications:
- Healthcare recruiting experience required
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT and healthcare operations roles
- Proven ability to work independently and drive results
- Relationship-focused, candidate-first approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
