Must possess Dorothy certification with an emphasis in Rover to support the full transition from the Remote Client to Rover on iPads. Ideal candidate would also be Comfort certified. Responsible for day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, including builds, upgrades, and system enhancements. Analyzes business and clinical needs to evaluate software releases and new products. Provides recommendations to optimize processes and reduce expenses. Possesses in depth business, clinical, and application knowledge and experience. Performs and documents workflow assessments to determine functional requirements for optimal application use. Develops system test plans and executes testing for software upgrades and patches. Maintains records of test progress and results. Handles problem, incident, change management, and service requests. Works within a cross functional team and collaborates with end users to meet business and clinical integration needs. Communicates software issues, requirements, upgrades, and enhancements. Oversees smaller sized projects or project components. Coordinates implementation or project planning related to software application releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Dorothy and related applications, including system builds, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Analyzes business and clinical needs to evaluate software releases, upgrades, patches, and new Epic functionality.
- Provides recommendations to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce operational expenses.
- Maintains strong understanding of Epic architecture, clinical workflows, and application integration points.
- Supports full transition from Epic Remote Client to Rover on iPads.
- Collaborates with clinical leadership and operational teams to ensure successful adoption of Rover workflows.
Key Qualifications:
- Epic Dorothy Certification required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Epic Rover workflows and mobile clinical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations and Epic application configuration.
- Experience with system testing, workflow analysis, and documentation.
- Experience supporting healthcare software applications in a clinical environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
