As the Epic PMO Lead, you will be a key leader within our Clinical Transformation practice, responsible for driving excellence in Epic system implementation and optimization. This role requires deep expertise in Epic methodology, a consulting background, and the ability to lead the development of Epic content and market pursuit strategies. You will play a critical role in our strategic growth plans and initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of Epic solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and refinement of our Epic system implementation and optimization methodology to ensure best practices and efficiency.
- Create and maintain Epic-related content, templates, and tools to support our Clinical Transformation practice.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue Epic-related opportunities in the healthcare market.
- Develop and deliver training programs for our internal teams to enhance their Epic knowledge and capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of our Clinical Transformation practice’s strategic growth plans and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring the successful execution of Epic projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Extensive experience in Epic system implementation and optimization.
- Proven consulting experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to transition between internal and client-focused roles.
