Intellect Resources is seeking a skilled and motivated Epic Willow and Beacon Principal Trainer to join our East Coast clients team. As a Willow and Beacon Principal Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training and educating our staff on the efficient and effective use of the Epic Willow and Beacon modules. Both Willow inpatient and Willow Inventory is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users of Epic Beacon, Epic Willow Inpatient, Epic Willow Inventory
- Collaborate with the Epic Implementation team to align Beacon and Willow training strategies with the overall system implementation plan.
- Build and maintain MST (Master Training Environment).
- Curriculum design both eLearning and traditional materials.
Qualifications:
- Epic Beacon certification is required
- Epic Willow certification is required
- Epic Willow Inventory certification is required
- Strong experience with Curriculum Design for Implementations
- MST build experience
- Clinical oncology and pharmacy background preferred
