We are seeking an experienced Implementation IT Lead to oversee and drive the successful implementation of critical milestones for an epic implementation project over the next year. As the leader of a workstream, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring the seamless integration of interfaces, conducting thorough testing, and providing support for the application base. This role requires expertise in large-scale implementations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Epic Implementation Leadership:
- Lead and oversee a workstream consisting of 5-10 team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan.
Milestone Management:
- Define critical milestones for the epic implementation project.
- Ensure that project objectives are met within the specified timelines.
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Interface and Testing Management:
- Manage the distinct functions of interfaces and testing within the project
Qualifications:
- PMP highly preferred
- 2-3 large scale Epic implementations
- 7+ years of Epic experience
- 7+ years of leadership experience
- Technical abilities
- Epic Bridges Certified or Demonstrated work history of interfaces with Epic
