Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Infor HCM and Cloudsuite HCM Version 11 to provide post go-live stabilization support.
- Collaborate with the implementation team and end-users to address any issues, questions, or concerns that arise after the system\’s go-live phase.
- Apply your strong understanding of workflows related to Employee Relations, Benefits, Performance Management, and other relevant areas to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to optimize system functionality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, providing clear and concise explanations, and maintaining a positive and collaborative working relationship with the client.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Infor HCM and hands-on implementation of Cloudsuite HCM Version 11.
- In-depth understanding of workflows within the healthcare industry, particularly in areas such as Employee Relations, Benefits, Performance Management, and related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including end-users, project teams, and management.
- Availability for on-site presence for 4-6 weeks, demonstrating your commitment to providing dedicated support and ensuring successful post go-live stabilization.
