As a UKG Configuration Consultant, you will play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to configure the UKG software according to clients’ business requirements and industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of UKG solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration: Configure UKG software modules, including but not limited to HR, payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and talent management, to meet clients’ specific requirements.
  • Customization: Implement custom solutions and configurations as needed to address unique client needs, ensuring alignment with UKG best practices and standards.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Training and Documentation: Provide training to clients’ personnel on the configured UKG system, and create comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in configuring and implementing UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in UKG software modules, including configuration tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., UKG Pro Certification) preferred.
