Intellect Resources is seeking an experienced Vice President of Payer Staffing role. This is an internal full-time agency position. The VP of Payer Staffing should have a comprehensive background in running a full-payer staffing desk including sales, account management, and recruiting.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated robust experience working in all aspects of Payer Staffing
- Business Development, Account Management, and Recruiting experience with Health Plans and Payers
- Payer Operational Workflow and Strategy background
- Payer Domain experience
- Experience with Health Plan/Payer Reporting, Industry Trends, Data Analysis
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Creative problem-solving skills
