As a Workday/Active Directory Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and secure authentication processes for our clients. You will be responsible for leveraging Workday as the single source of truth for authentication and integrating it with Azure Active Directory. Your role will involve leading the requirements gathering process, developing integration components, and ensuring that authentication privileges align with organizational plans and employee/vendor roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authentication Strategy:
- Develop and implement a robust authentication strategy using Workday as the central source for authentication information.
- Integration Development:
- Design, develop, and code integration components that link Workday with Azure Active Directory, ensuring efficient and secure data exchange.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Lead the requirements gathering process for authentication through Workday, working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives.
- Test Case Development:
- Create comprehensive test cases to thoroughly evaluate the authentication process within Workday. Ensure that privileges are granted according to the predefined criteria and plans.
- Role-Based Authentication:
- Develop authentication and access rights policies based on employee and vendor roles, actions, and responsibilities within the organization.
- Expertise in Workday and Azure Active Directory:
- Utilize your deep proficiency in Workday and Azure Active Directory to provide expert guidance to clients and ensure the successful implementation of authentication solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Workday and Azure Active Directory integration.
- Strong coding and development skills.
- Previous experience in requirements gathering and client consultation.
- Ability to create and execute comprehensive test cases.
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
