Intellect Resources is looking for a Workday CLM Project Manager for an exciting 8-month remote contract position, with the potential for extension. If you have a deep understanding of the healthcare IT industry and a passion for implementing third-party systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Workday CLM Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the integration of iCertis and managing the implementation of Workday systems. Your expertise in finance and supply chain work will be instrumental in driving the success of this project. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and integration of iCertis and Workday systems.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with project teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and progress.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
Requirements:
- PMP certification (highly preferred): Demonstrate your project management expertise and commitment to delivering successful projects.
- Demonstrated history of Finance and Supply Chain work: Showcase your experience in managing projects related to finance and supply chain functions.
- Workday CLM Experience: Proven experience in implementing and managing Workday Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills: Demonstrate your ability to identify and address project-related challenges and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills: Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in the healthcare IT industry (preferred): Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and industry-specific challenges.
