Intellect Resources is looking for a Project Manager with Workday Implementation experience for a 6 month fully remote contract. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a 6-month fully remote contract, evaluating HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, and Finance processes. If you have a proven track record of guiding roadmaps, planning, and successfully implementing Workday solutions, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess the current HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, and Finance processes within client organizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful Workday implementation.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and address project-related issues.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members throughout the implementation process.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday modules with existing systems.
- Conduct testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance activities to ensure system functionality and user satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new Workday system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Workday implementation and project management.
Requirements:
- PMP certification is required.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing Workday solutions.
- Proficiency in working with Workday HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute project plans within specified timelines and budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project-related challenges.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
